On your fast days you drink water,black coffee without sugar and Herbal tea.if u feel hungry drink water, sometimes we eat because we bored.If at night u feel hungry try sleeping.On your eating days eat dnt restrict yourself just eat but not too much and when you break your fast break it with soft meals not hard one to digest,avoid breaking your fast at night because immediately you will sleep and the body will not have time to digest.get the Life App if you are on Applestore it will track your fast and tel you when your body is on ketosis
