I started learning about the importance of yogurt last year plain yogurt to be specific and i must say I am impressed with the results. It is embarrassing sometimes when you start getting that smell and irritation from your vagina. Sometimes you can even try and blame your partner and start accusing him of bad things.
I have realised that with me when i use form bath when i bath or stay long inside the bathtub full of soapy water i start to experience a little irritation and bad odour around my vagina I will go to the doctor and get treatment and sometimes i get so embarrassed that i was going there frequently until i stopped using foam bath and staying long in the bathtub full of soapy water Then a friend/colleague introduced me to yogurt ,i started eating it as breakfast and in the evening for atleast 3 days and the results will show. The discharge will be clear and it cleans you down there. I then researched about it and I found out that Yogurt has good bacteria cultures needed for a healthy vagina,it also helps to balance the pH of the vagina.
