According to her latest spread on YOU magazine she says she feels out of all her family she is THE one who has been too open when it comes to her life and children. ..she goes on to say she doesn't want the show to end but sometimes she feels she will be happy it does end. She goes to say"from people seeing me give birth sometimes when someone recognizesme on the street I get surprised...the whole crew knows my kids because they grew around them and they are so respectful at 6pm they give me my alone time WITH them....what are your thoughts?
