MEET MPHO LAING:BOTSWANA'S HOT STYLIST/FASHIONISTA

Mpho Laing is one lady i look up to when it comes to fabulosity in Botswana.The thing is here in Botswana fashion industry is not that big, if people think fashion they thing you cooked up in a factory sewing garments for wedding parties. Fashion is broad word and Mpho is one of the ladies that when you come across her in shopping mall here in Gaborone you will probably think what the hell is she wearing??????....her style is unique and that to me is what i call fashion someone who makes a statement with clothes. It does not mean when u cannot operate a sewing machine or draw patterns you cant be a fashionista or work in fashion.

She started her career as a columnist for Lapologa magazine, the she moved to the voice newspaper and also worked for Duma Fm. She actually went through the whole schooling system graduated and worked but i guess that was not her passion as she left it at worked in fashion. I have met her once and i do not think i told her how much i admire her i guess we will meet again and i will tell her just that.

She is also a loving mother to a beautiful young lady. She is now based in Lagos were i keep seeing her pictures mingling and rubbing shoulders with some of the stars there. She has a store where you can find African fashion from clothes and accessories.

The RnB heads will be delighted to know that Beyonce and Miguel are working on something together.Miguel was overwhelmed with the news that he even posted it in his instangram and then later deleted it ooops it was too late we saw it already. So there you have mama Ivy and Mr p**sy is mine doing a duet, I personally cant wait.

MEET: KAGISO DE KLERK;THE REAL STORY ABOUT HER,LOVE AND THAT BOTTLE INCIDENT

Kagiso Ludo De klerk or simpliy known as Vee's better half is a simple down to earth girl who hails from Kanye, she is also half Namibian yeah i bet you didnt know that maybe that's where she got her good looks because Nam girls are hot (no homo). Some people hate to love her and in most cases is people who do not even know her. I will tell you something because I know her she is a private person who likes to be alone most of the time and never picks up phone calls eish we always fight about that i think she need to hire a PA or something.

Kagiso is also a mother to a beautiful young boy and Vee's fiance. People like to ask her this question a lot when are u guys getting married blah blah blah i think its non of our business and we should all just mind our own business. I wish them good luck in their love and hope.

She is currently employed and works for one of Botswana successful bank. She studied AAT at Botswana Accountancy College. She did her high School at Seepapitso Senior School in Kanye and did her primary in Jwaneng where she grew up there. There were talks that she left high school and ran away with her man well that aint true she actual completed her high school what happened was she changed school and i guess pupils at her former school thought she quit.

The infamous bottle incident; Well first of all it was not a bottle it was a glass, apparently she got in a argument with a girl at a pub while there were watching soccer on a big screen and the girl slapped her then she hit her with a glass she was holding and the fight was not even about her man as people are saying it looks like the two ladies had beef of their own that resulted in a fight, so there you have it, it was not a bottle and the fight was not about a guy.

So Kagiso is a down to earth girl she recently was born again and she is a full time christian and most of time she spends in church. You will always spot her alone especially and shopping malls because she likes to shop alot all by her self. She has like over 100pairs of shoes and am not even lying. She changes her hairstyle every week and she likes fashion that's why at fashionTswana we like her. So next time you see say hi she wont bite.

While everyone in the US went crazy well not everyone African-American community about Zoe Saldana being cast as Nina  Simone an African-American some believe Zoe is not African enough (dnt wanna say black enough if u know what i mean) she is a Latin heritage. Even new pictures have surface and it appeared as if they made her looked darker......well am just say like if u wanna make her darker why dnt you just cast someone who is dark......on the flip side the same African American actresses and actors always come to Africa and act as African impersonations so now u guys u know how we feel....i mean imagine the time they took to teach Forest Whitaker to do the Idi Amin accent or Jill Scoot doing the Tswana accent on No.1 Ladies Detective.
